Job Description: As a sales & operations and chef for a pilot store of a chain of momos stores in Mumbai, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking momos according to quality and taste standards. Maintaining kitchen hygiene and adhering to safety protocols will be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with the team to ensure efficient food preparation and service is essential. You will also be handling customer orders and providing excellent customer service. Managing sales transactions and maintaining accurate records will be part of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, overseeing operations, including inventory management and store maintenance, will be crucial for the smooth functioning of the store. Qualified/Students pursuing Hotel management courses are invited to apply for this position.
