As a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders, injuries, and diseases. - Performing non-surgical and surgical interventions based on the patient's condition. - Managing preoperative and postoperative care for patients. - Conducting orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacements, fracture fixations, arthroscopy, and other relevant procedures. - Handling emergency trauma cases with efficiency. - Developing and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with other medical professionals. - Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records. - Collaborating with physiotherapists, anesthesiologists, and radiologists to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Guiding and mentoring junior doctors and nursing staff when necessary. - Adhering to medical protocols, hospital policies, and ethical standards. - Staying updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic treatments and surgical techniques.
