Orthopaedic Registrar

As a full-time Orthopaedic Registrar at SaiShree VitaLife Hospitals in Pune, your role will involve attending operative procedures, conducting hospital rounds, actively participating in research tasks, and providing surgical assistance. You will report to the Medical Director. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in surgeries - Completing all documentation related to patient surgeries such as pre-operative notes, post-operative notes, surgery notes, and discharge summary - Being available on-call basis - Conducting pre-operative and post-operative patient rounds - Supervising RMO documentation - Planning and executing medical camps organized by the hospital To qualify for this role, you must have a MS Ortho, D Ortho, or DNB Ortho degree with proficiency in Trauma Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery. A strong foundation in Medicine and General Surgery, along with specialization or experience in Orthopedics, is required. Excellent patient management and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Possessing relevant professional certifications, a valid medical license, experience with advanced surgical techniques and equipment, and a commitment to ethical medical practices and continuous learning are also necessary for this position.,
