You will be responsible for driving sales of clear aligners through B2B channels in the role of a B2B Sales Manager for our Clear Aligner business. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with dental clinics, DSOs, orthodontists, and other key stakeholders. Identifying new business opportunities, expanding regional market presence, conducting product presentations, demos, and training sessions, as well as negotiating contracts and pricing to close large deals will be crucial aspects of your role. Collaboration with marketing and product teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies is also expected. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Dentistry, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the dental or medical devices industry. A strong network within dental and orthodontic communities, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. Being able to travel frequently across the assigned territory is also a requirement. Candidates with prior sales experience in dental device/aligner brands will be given preference. This position is based in Bangalore and falls under the category of Field Sales.
