Supervise and ensure safe work practices in high-risk areas such as furnaces, rolling mills, SMS, and other heavy process operations. Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Lead safety training programs including induction sessions, toolbox talks, mock drills, and job safety analysis (JSA). Monitor adherence to PPE usage, LOTO procedures, and other critical safety controls during maintenance and operations.
