Job Description: Managing the Merchandising & marketing activities in following aspects: Operations: Business development & follow up meetings with existing and new customers. Attending and executing order enquirys, developments, sampling, costing, business booking. Monitoring & Co-ordinating the development, sampling, production, logistics, payments receipts processes with respective teams. Ensuring compliance, SOP as per the requirement of business and specific buyer. Team building and maintenance as required for the merchandising operation in lean budget. Designing/ensuring organised information systems, dockets & samples for smooth execution of activities of business. Making power point presentations for pitching an idea or business meeting. Attending/participating in necessary trade fairs domestic/international. Keeping market intelligence for business & product development. MIS: Order wise P&L reporting at all levels. (Enquiry, business booking and execution level). Business booking status as per factories/plants & individual line capacity. (Monthly/Quarterly/bi-Yearly & Yearly). Reporting the enquiry, development & order status. Presentation, Development planning and execution reports.
Role Summary To provide outstanding levels of service primarily by telephone and via email to all our valued customers. Striving to deliver satisfactory resolution in a timely and efficient manner. This is a remote working role. The role reports into the Customer Service Manager. Candidate should be comfortable working for the UK Timing Shifts. Responsibilities and requirements of role Whilst no job description will ever completely list all aspects of the role, the following notes give guidance: (All ORN sites of operation within the UK) - Be confident in dealing with a high volume of calls and email and balance priority. - Be able to listen and interpret the needs of the customer and respond accordingly, using own initiative to resolve in most circumstances. - Opening new accounts and taking payments, whilst providing a safe a secure environment which complies with GDRP legislation. - Take orders and arrange refunds and exchanges. - Record keeping and ensuring accounts are kept up to date. - Recommend our products and alternatives with confidence where applicable. - Being able to follow up and a strong attention to detail. - Ability to work with various stakeholders at all levels to support customer relations. - Comfortable using various computer programs (Office 365 / FUSE) and telephone systems (3cx) - Excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong understanding of high-level customer service standards and the ORN brand. - Confident in dealing with complaints and challenging customers whilst understanding our guarantees and terms of sale. - Be comfortable being managed via a KPI process. - Work well in a team.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, and 3D rendering software like Blender or Cinema 4D. Strong understanding of video editing principles for creating engaging visual content. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
