• Responsible for achieving the assigned monthly sales target for the territory assigned, both at the primary and secondary levels. • Responsible for planning and executing demand generation activities in the Secondary and Tertiary levels of the market. • Plan, Prepare and submit sales plan and promotional activity plan on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis as per guidelines set by the management. • Meeting bakeries and other influencers, institutional School/college/hospital/Bus Stations canteens & industrial customers on a regular basis to introduce, conduct promotions and sell the complete range of Orkid Bakes products in the assignedterritory. • Maintaining and developing relationships with secondary dealers and influencersin person and via telephone calls and emails • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business • Ensure strong presence of Orkid Bakes products in every town & village panchayat limits in every Taluk of the District covered. • Ensure Orkid Bakes range of products occupy the prime shelf space at everyoutlet. • Ensure good visibility and prominence of the in-shop branding at every outlet. • Collect, collate and submit competitor information, price list, brochures, product data sheets, promotional schemes and activities on a monthly basis. • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets – Benchmark for Performance is Sales incentives earned.
