As a technical leader at Advisor360, you will play a crucial role in the planning and implementation of mid- to large-scale projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in architecting and implementing cloud-based data solutions using your strong technical skills. You will be responsible for validating requirements, performing business and technical analysis, designing cloud-native applications, and writing optimized PySpark-based data pipelines. Ensuring compliance with coding standards and best practices for AI-assisted code generation will be a part of your responsibilities. You will utilize GenAI tools like Cursor, Claude, and other LLMs to decompose complex requirements and auto-generate UI, API, and database scripts for rapid development. Your proficiency in introducing new software design patterns, AI-driven development workflows, and emerging cloud technologies will be crucial for the team's success. As a subject matter expert within the organization, you will help resolve complex technical issues related to cloud data engineering, distributed computing, and microservices architecture. Mentoring team members and fostering collaborative learning environments, particularly in areas related to GenAI, Azure, PySpark, Databricks, and CI/CD automation, will be a key aspect of your role. Your preferred strengths should include proficiency in GenAI-powered development, strong experience with SQL, relational databases, and GIT, as well as expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services. Familiarity with serverless architectures, containerization, and big data frameworks will be beneficial for this position. To excel in this role, you are expected to have 7+ years of software engineering experience with Python and .NET, proven ability to analyze and automate requirement-based development using GenAI, and hands-on expertise in building and deploying cloud-based data processing applications. Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, proficiency in coding standards, and experience in integrating AI-based automation for improving code quality are also required. While wealth management domain experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. Candidates should be willing to learn and master the domain through on-the-job experience. Job Description At Freshworks workflow engine as a service, we are passionate about helping product teams connect their users with what matters most in milliseconds! Providing a first-class experience at scale is a challenging endeavor: users expect to find, in the blink of an eye, highly relevant items with little to no effort. The core workflow engine as a service platforms offering relies on a rock-solid Search engine, whose efficiency, configurability and stability made the fame of workflow engine platform in Freshworks. This platform is called to support data several orders of magnitude larger than what it currently handles. Today, the platform needs you to make it scale further, and to make it faster, smarter, more powerful. Qualifications 3-7 years of Experience in programming with expertise in data structures and algorithms. Experience in troubleshooting complex distributed systems such as Kafka or conductor or N8N or Orkes or any Pub/Sub services. and finding failure scenarios. Expertise in Golang and/or Java and understanding of how it impacts performance/reliability of applications. Deep understanding and practical experience of Elasticsearch/Solr stack Extensive experience of designing complex solutions, data pipelines and microservice architecture in production environments Experience working with large datasets and high traffic Rigor in high code quality, automated testing, and other engineering best practices Experience at our current stage and beyond (high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure). Additional Information Experience in Kubernetes Expertise in Datastores - Postgres, MySQL, Elasticsearch Hands on k8s is a big plus Sensitivity to Site Reliability Engineering Skilled communicator and have a proven record of leading work across disciplines.
