Job Title: Orkes Developer Experience Required: 5+ Years Location: Pan India Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Orkes Developer with at least 5 years of experience in designing and developing scalable workflow orchestration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native applications, with hands-on expertise in Orkes/Netflix Conductor or equivalent workflow orchestration platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement workflow orchestration using Orkes (Conductor) to support complex business processes. Develop and maintain microservices that integrate with the Orkes platform. Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless workflow deployment and testing. Optimize and troubleshoot existing workflows for performance and reliability. Implement monitoring and alerting for workflow execution and failures. Ensure adherence to best practices in API development, integration, and versioning. Document architecture, processes, and code for future reference and audits. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in backend development using Java, Node.js, or Python . Experience with Orkes/Netflix Conductor or other workflow orchestration platforms. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs , microservices architecture, and service-to-service communication. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes , and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Proficiency in database technologies (SQL/NoSQL). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in large-scale distributed systems. Knowledge of event-driven architecture using Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
