Daily Lead Handling: Contact and manage 200+ leads per day (leads will be acquired through Facebook advertising). Target Achievement: Convert a minimum of 30 leads per day into paid customers. Ticket Price: ₹49 per conversion. Communication: Maintain clear, polite, and convincing communication with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, or any other assigned channel. Follow-ups: Perform follow-up calls/messages as needed to ensure maximum conversion. Reporting: Maintain daily conversion records and report to the team lead/supervisor. CRM Entry: Update CRM or any assigned lead-tracking system with lead status and notes. Requirements- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Must be punctual and disciplined with time. Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Prior experience in tele-sales, tele-calling, or customer support will be an added advantage. Basic understanding of how Facebook leads work is a plus (training will be provided). Must have a smartphone and basic knowledge of using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and calling apps.

Key Responsibilities :- 1. Webinar Coordination Call participants and remind them to join the webinar group. Follow up with individuals before the webinar to ensure attendance. Assist participants with any issues related to joining the webinar group or accessing links. 2. Student Support Provide timely support to students of all ongoing batches. Resolve queries related to classes, schedules, course access, and other concerns. Maintain polite, clear, and supportive communication at all times. 3. Fee Handling & Coordination Handle fee collection follow-ups in a professional manner. Maintain proper records of payments received and pending dues. Coordinate with the management for any fee-related updates. 4. Data Management Maintain accurate and updated records in Excel or Google Sheets. Track student details, payment status, batch-wise updates, and communication logs. Prepare and update reports as required. Skills & Requirements Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred). Ability to make follow-up calls confidently and politely. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data entry and tracking. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and batches simultaneously. Prior experience in student support, telecalling, or coordination roles is a plus. Work Schedule Full-time role Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM One day off per week
