We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA FICO (Group Reporting Consultant with in-depth expertise in financial consolidation and reporting, combined with strong functional knowledge of SAP FICO. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with legacy consolidation tools (SAP BPC, SEM-BCS, ECCS, BOFC) and Group Reporting in S/4HANA (on-premises or cloud). A sound understanding of IFRS, local GAAP, and integrated finance processes is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP Group Reporting on S/4HANA Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidations for group and subsidiary entities Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and other applicable financial reporting standards Interpret client requirements and prepare functional specifications for Group Reporting configuration Configure consolidation elements including: Financial Statement Items (FSI) Attributes, Sub-items, Breakdown Categories Consolidation Units/Groups, Hierarchies, Currency Translation, Balance Carry forward Manage intercompany eliminations, reclassifications, and manual eliminations Support integration between SAP Group Reporting and S/4HANA Finance (FICO) Facilitate legal consolidation processes and manage scope around acquisitions, divestitures, and structural changes Develop, improve, and automate financial and management reporting for actuals, budgets, and forecasts Analyze and validate consolidated figures in collaboration with regional finance managers and controllers Advise reporting units on technical IFRS-related issues Deliver high-quality dashboards, financial reports, and actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, qualifications like CA or CPA is a plus 3- 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance. We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Product Costing Consultant with 3 to 5 years of specialized expertise in Product Cost Planning (CO-PC-PCP) within the SAP FI/CO suite. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing and supporting end-to-end finance and controlling processes, especially within SAP S/4HANA environments, and possess in-depth expertise in cost planning, financial integration, and optimization for global operations. This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end configuration, solutioning, and integration of Product Costing functions to support enterprise-wide cost transparency, pricing control, and profitability analysis. Key Responsibilities: Design and implementation of FI and CO processes, focusing on product cost planning and cost transparency Configure costing variants, cost component structures, and valuation strategies Drive the setup and management of the Material Ledger, including actual costing runs Support standard costing and group costing configuration and execution Ensure effective integration of Product Costing with modules such as MM, PP, and SD Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions Lead activities across the project lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-production support Work as part of a team of consultants. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP FICO Lead to manage and drive finance transformation initiatives using the SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) module. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP implementations, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure SAP FICO solutions align with evolving business requirements. This role demands deep knowledge of financial processes, cross-module integration, and leadership within SAP S/4HANA environments, with strong expertise in SAP EBS and DMEE functionalities. The candidate will also be responsible for leading a team of SAP consultants, providing direction, mentoring, and oversight throughout the project lifecycle. A strong capability in developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation including Business Blueprint Documents, Business Process Documents and Functional Specifications is essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Product Costing (CO-PC) implementations and SAP Group Reporting on S/4HANA.
