The role of an Art & Craft Teacher is to inspire students" creativity, develop their artistic skills, and nurture a love for art through hands-on projects and creative expression. You will be responsible for teaching art techniques, guiding students through the artistic process, and planning engaging projects suitable for various grade levels. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive Art & Craft curriculum aligned with I Global Schools" educational philosophy. You will design lessons that encompass drawing, painting, sculpture, crafts, and other art forms while incorporating elements of art history, cultural art forms, and modern art techniques. It is essential to teach and demonstrate art techniques in an accessible and engaging manner for students of different ages and skill levels, encouraging creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression in a positive environment. As an Art & Craft Teacher, you will organize and manage materials, equipment, and art supplies efficiently. Additionally, you will plan art exhibitions, showcases, and displays of student work within the school to highlight talents and progress. Collaboration with other faculty members to integrate art projects with other subjects and track student progress for evaluation purposes are also part of your responsibilities. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe art classroom, enforcing classroom rules and guidelines, and encouraging responsible use of art supplies are essential for effective classroom management. It is crucial to stay updated with new art techniques, tools, and educational trends by attending workshops and training sessions, contributing to the holistic education mission of I Global School. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field. Teaching certification and prior experience in art education are preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to foster an engaging and inclusive classroom environment, are necessary. Proficiency in various art forms and media, experience with organizing exhibitions, and managing student art projects are desirable skills. Position Title: Head Exhibition Operations Department: Trade Fairs Reports to: Head of Department Trade Fairs Team Reporting to This Role: Operations Team Role Overview: Responsible for end-to-end operational execution of exhibitions and future trade shows across India. This role is central to delivering world-class event experiences while ensuring strategic alignment with the organization’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead all operational functions related to exhibitions across India – from planning to post-event closure. Design and implement operations strategies aligned with Trade Fair business goals and long-term organizational vision. Drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility and operational excellence at all events and exhibitions. Oversee all on-ground operational components including: Stall construction and finishing Exhibit logistics (set-up & dismantle) Registration, shuttle services, signage, and fair guides Engineering services, food courts, parking, and facility readiness Government approvals, vendor management, and on-site logistics Mentor and develop the operations team; build high-performance capabilities and accountability. Collaborate with internal teams (facility, design, communication, etc.) to ensure seamless execution at international standards. Introduce and implement best practices from the global exhibitions/events industry. Support the Trade Fairs team in stall planning, exhibitor directory compilation, and coordination with domestic/international trade bodies and associations. Monitor and report on key metrics including PDCA cycles, risk assessment, health & safety compliance, and periodic review audits. Ensure adherence to IMS (Integrated Management System) guidelines and manage internal/external audits. Qualifications: Graduate degree required; MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in operations for exhibitions/trade fairs/events. Key Skills & Competencies: Proven track record in managing large-scale exhibitions and event operations. Strong leadership with a collaborative and motivational style. High emotional intelligence with strong sense of ownership and accountability. Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills. Fluent in written and spoken communication; ability to represent the organization externally.
