As a Junior NPD Coordinator in the cosmetic industry, your primary responsibilities will include filling out NPD briefs, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of their NPD project components, conducting online market research, obtaining approvals on project components from management, translating sales team requirements into formal NPD briefs, creating and maintaining NPD trackers, and liaising with external vendors to ensure timely project delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining project status sheets, expediting project timelines as needed, overseeing the adherence of internal departments to project gate stages, creating samples for customers, collecting feedback for new product ideas, and managing component, fragrance, and competitive libraries. To excel in this role, you should ideally have 1 to 3 years of experience in an NPD role, with some exposure to perfumes or personal care products being advantageous. Strong organizational skills and experience in coordinating with multiple departments will be key to success in this position. The job is based in Kheda, Ahmedabad, with free transportation provided from Ahmedabad. Only male candidates are being considered for this full-time position.
