Job Description: As a Lead Learning & Development at ASCOLITE, you will be responsible for leading the Learning & Development Department. Your primary role will involve developing training strategies and implementing programs to meet the learning needs of employees. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in Training and Development, certification in training and development, experience with e-learning tools, and multilingual proficiency.
