In this role, you will partner with Operations Enablement team leaders in Capabilities area to generate actions aiming to increase teams" effectiveness by developing new perspectives and skills in Team functional development area for Ops TLs. You will own the Operations Strategy team onboarding program, ensuring it aligns with team objectives, key responsibilities, and functional needs. Additionally, you will lead the onboarding process for newcomers, track effectiveness, review progress, and ensure successful completion of individual onboarding processes. Your responsibilities will also include partnering with Global Operations Strategy TLs in defining essentials for Strada\GBS teams onboarding and training programs, ensuring they include KC culture trainings and other essential KC service components. You will develop and implement a comprehensive training\development framework for Operations Strategy teams, ensuring alignment with functional purpose and team objectives (hard\soft skills; EX, digital, LEAN, one-off and regular etc). Furthermore, you will collaborate with the Talent team to identify areas for growth, prepare development plans based on team requirements, review GPO training agendas, and plan training calendars for Ops team members in accordance with their development plans. You will organize trainings and refresher sessions to maintain essential capabilities at a high level, driving Employee Engagement and Service Excellence. Monitoring the effectiveness of capability development initiatives and analyzing trends and best practices in HR Operations and Shared Services capabilities area will also be part of your role. In addition, you will work on developing and implementing effective communication governance for Operations team in collaboration with the GPO communication team. This will involve coordinating Operations team communication inputs collection and performing functional communication both internally and externally to Strada\GBS. You will also collaborate with the Communications team to implement a Communication Skills training program for Operations team and align on communication governance with Strada\GBS team. As an active steward of KC Culture, you will strengthen company culture and employee experience through functional area Capability building and Communication. You will contribute to and drive continued employee engagement and aligned employee experience across KC via your functional area. Additionally, you will be involved in Change Management initiatives, identifying and managing stakeholders, and leading the development of stakeholder engagement plans to support communication of functional information. Overall, you will be responsible for managing relationships with internal client groups, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust through effective partnership. Your role will be crucial in driving Global Operational Processes Effective Change management and supporting with respective activities in your functional area while leveraging GPO Communications partnership. To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of Regional, Multiregional, or Global experience in HR Operations, Customer Service, or Outsourced Service management.
