Role & responsibilities: Act as a confidential support system for employees facing mental, emotional, or financial stress, ensuring timely psychological intervention Design and implement well-being programs, mental health campaigns, and counseling frameworks across the organization Conduct individual assessments and group sessions to understand stress triggers and recommend coping mechanisms Collaborate with HR to develop policies that support emotional resilience, work-life balance and a psychologically safe workplace Provide insights into employee challenges related to financial pressure, burnout, anxity, or performance stress Maintain detailed, confidential documentation and ensure follow-up support for at-risk individual or teams Organize interactive workshops on stress management, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence Partner with external experts or mental health professionals where deeper clinical support is required Preferred candidate profile: Strong command for psychological testing tools and interpretation Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage sensitive conversations and maintain confidentiality Proven experience in corporate/industrial settings is preferred Why Join Us: Be a part of a progressive and inclusive culture that values human insight Drive impactful people interventions across diverse business verticals
