Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities. 15. Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency. 16. Compliance to statutory requirements(zero discharge, no air pollution) 17. Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards. 18. Manage and motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work. 19. Inter- departmental coordination for proper execution of work. 20. Communicates effectively with other team members 21. Conducts internal audits for system implementation (IMS, TPM etc.) 22. Verification of physical stock and system stock 23.
