If you have dabbled in ads on platforms like Meta, Google, or Instagram and are hungry to learn and grow without big egos but with plenty of hustle, then this role is tailored for you. We are looking for someone who has experience in running ads but is keen on expanding their knowledge and skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning, have a keen interest in social media, trends, and algorithmic strategies, and be enthusiastic about working on actual campaigns rather than just theoretical concepts. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in the creation and optimization of ad campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, Google, and Instagram. You will also be expected to analyze performance metrics, propose improvements, brainstorm innovative ideas for clients, and contribute to A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative experiments within the team. While we highly value the following skills, fret not if you are not proficient in all of them as we are more than willing to provide training: - Basic understanding of ads, even if it is limited to small campaigns - Interest in social media algorithms and trends - Proficiency in handling data using tools like Excel or Google Sheets - Creative mindset for generating engaging content like memes, hooks, and thumb-stopping material If you are tired of being a passive observer and are seeking a hands-on role focused on growth without the need for complex jargon, then this opportunity awaits you. This position is available for full-time, fresher, or internship candidates with a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday during morning shifts. As our work location is currently in Nirman Nagar with plans to relocate to Mansarovar within the next 2 months, we expect potential candidates to be open to commuting to these distances. Additionally, this is an in-person opportunity, and we require candidates to be comfortable with on-site work.
