Organic Chemist - Trainee

• Assist in developing new products and testing new methods in Chemistry.
• Explore potential projects and literature research for new product ideas.
• Support in synthesizing, isolating, and purifying chemical products.
• Perform analytical tests such as microscopic analysis, moisture content, ash content, bulk density, protein content, etc.
• Contribute to the preparation of SOPs for synthesis methods.
• Ensure proper documentation of all R&D data, QA, and QC records as per regulatory standards.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
• Support scale-up activities from lab scale to pilot and production scale.
• Monitor new product batches and provide support during technology transfer to pilot and production plants.
• Participate in drafting Technology Transfer Documents (TTDs).
• Conduct raw material and active ingredient tests using techniques such as TLC, HPLC, etc., as required.

Pay: ₹10,888.58 - ₹29,889.43 per month
