Org Design Consultant

Role Overview: As an Organisation Design Consultant at DK Org Advisors in Mumbai, you will have the opportunity to work directly with CXOs, promoters, and PE investors to design future-ready organization models and help implement them effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Support & design: Collaborate with Senior Consultants to define problem statements, analyze data, and create suitable organization models. - Co-facilitate: Organize and lead leadership interviews and workshops, identify insights, and address alignment gaps. - Apply OrgD frameworks: Utilize established models such as Star Model and capability maps to define structure, roles, metrics, and operational processes. - Drive change and culture activation: Assist in change management efforts to ensure the sustainability of new designs through governance, decision rights, and performance routines. Qualifications Required: - Education: MBA/Masters in any discipline or MA/MSc Psychology (I/O preferred). - Skills: Proficient in sharp analysis, effective communication with senior leaders, and confident facilitation. - Experience (3-6 years): Previous experience in OD, Operating Model, Transformation, or related fields like corporate strategy, transformation/PMO, business excellence/process redesign, or PE/VC value-creation. - Additional: Exposure to multiple industries would be beneficial; location preference for Mumbai or willingness to relocate; readiness to travel within India. - Mindset: Emphasis on curiosity and learning agility rather than narrow specialization, with a focus on building deep OD expertise.
