Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present Continental dishes (pastas, grilled items, sauces, salads, etc.) to high standards. Maintain quality, taste, and presentation consistency in every plate served. Innovate and develop new dishes or fusion specials that align with the café’s brand. Supervise kitchen staff during prep and service, ensuring smooth operations. Monitor inventory, maintain stock levels, and assist with daily ordering. Ensure all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards are strictly followed. Collaborate with the management team to plan menus, costing, and specials. Train and guide junior kitchen team members when required.
