Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Pune, India (with flexibility for outstation travel) Experience: 3–5 Years Department: Business Development / Growth Reporting To: Founder / Sales Lead About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the data analytics space. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will engage leads, manage demos and proposals, and drive end-to-end closures of B2B deals. You will work closely with the founders and sales leadership team to build strong relationships with clients and help the company achieve ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities • Engage with inbound and referred leads, qualify them effectively, and move them through the pipeline • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and schedule product/service demos • Collaborate with the team to prepare tailored proposals, commercial offers, and presentations • Manage follow-ups, lead negotiations, and take ownership of driving deal closures • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly targets Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in business development or inside sales • Graduate degree in any stream • Exposure to end-to-end sales cycles is a strong plus • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills • Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or analytics is preferred • Based in Pune, with the flexibility to travel for client meetings when needed What We Offer • Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives • Direct exposure to enterprise and mid-market sales • Mentorship from senior sales leaders and founders • A collaborative, high-learning, and growth-focused environment
