Job Description

  • Role: Team Leader
  • Skill: Order To Cash
  • Experience: 4 years to 8 years
  • Job Location: Chennai One IT SEZ – Thoraipakkam
  • Shift: Any shift (Preferable Night shift)


Eligibility:


  • Finance Professional with 6+ years’ work experience
  • Working with quick turn-around deadlines on working with Global stakeholders


Responsibilities :


  • Experience handling exemption certificates, taxability determinations, and audits
  • Deep understanding of U.S. sales and use tax laws, including federal, state, and local jurisdictions
  • Oversee the entire O2C cycle: order entry, credit management, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
  • Lead and mentor the O2C team, set performance goals, and monitor progress.
  • Provide training and support for team development.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues.
  • Oversee accurate application of customer payments.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve unapplied cash issues.
  • Ensure adherence to SOX controls and internal audit requirements.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and respond to queries.
  • Prepare aging reports, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and collection forecasts.
  • Analyze trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement automation or best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for O2C processes.
