Differentiate between customer requirements and the company's capabilities, choosing the best and most cost-effective solutions. Qualifications Required a bachelors degree. 2 years to 3 years of working experience in similar roles Preferred Skills Problem solving and communication skills Costumer Service and business process acumen Additional notes The ability to accommodate a flexible schedule aligned with international time zones is essential.
