Your main responsibilities will include providing functional support for SAP TM solutions, monitoring system performance, analyzing and resolving issues related to transportation planning, collaborating with users to gather requirements, and performing enhancements and customizations as needed to align with evolving business needs. You will also be responsible for conducting training for business users and ensuring integration stability with other SAP modules. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in troubleshooting issues related to transportation planning, freight order execution, and freight settlement. You should possess a good understanding of SAP TM master data and transactional data flows, along with experience in system monitoring tools and error log analysis. Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM support, integration troubleshooting between SAP TM and SAP ECC/S4HANA modules, and the ability to conduct root cause analysis are essential for this position. Preferred qualifications include certification in SAP TM or related modules, exposure to automation tools and custom developments in ABAP, and knowledge of transportation compliance regulations and logistics industry trends.
