You will be responsible for visiting factories regularly in order to maintain customer relationships and develop new client connections. Conducting product demonstrations with clients and providing training sessions to users will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will need to prepare quotations for clients and follow up with them to ensure customer satisfaction. In this position, you will be actively involved in promoting new products and filling order handover sheets. Daily traveling within your assigned area will be required to meet with clients and prospects. It will be your responsibility to prepare sales reports and visit reports on a regular basis. Conducting market research to identify new products and generate new markets will be essential. You will also need to follow up on material availability with the Sales Co-Ordinator or Merchandising team to ensure timely delivery to clients.
