Ideal team members are capable of identifying root causes, proposing effective solutions, and implementing upgrades to prevent future issues. They should be skilled in data analysis for planning, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as in building relationships across functions to drive continuous improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining catalog forms, workflows, automations, and integrations within ServiceNow. This includes implementing various configurations, designing automations, and following best practices for development and compliance with ITIL standards. You will also participate in requirements gathering, provide expertise in service catalog design, and conduct testing practices. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, along with at least 4 years of ServiceNow development experience. A strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform is required, including ITSM, Service Requests, Change Requests, Record Producers, Order Guides, Reporting, Workflow, and flow designer. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glidescript, REST, XML, and troubleshooting technical issues is essential. Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and familiarity with the ITIL framework are also necessary. Experience with SOX enforced policies/procedures, working in regulated environments, and supporting different time zones are advantageous. ServiceNow certifications and experience with Microsoft Power Automate are preferred. Additionally, knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and design is beneficial.
