Order Fulfillment Associate (Shopify)

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, your role will involve managing the end-to-end order processing cycle on Shopify. Your responsibilities will include: - Receiving and reviewing incoming customer orders through Shopify - Verifying product availability and ensuring accurate order details before processing - Picking, packing, and labeling items securely for shipment in line with company standards - Generating and printing shipping labels and documentation - Coordinating with courier partners to schedule pickups and deliveries - Updating order status on Shopify with tracking details for customer visibility - Monitoring order progress and following up on any shipping delays or issues - Maintaining organized records of all orders, shipments, and returns - Collaborating with the inventory team to track stock movement and update availability - Providing support to customer service for any order-related queries Qualifications required for this role include: - Previous experience with Shopify order management (preferred) - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines - Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and courier coordination - Good communication skills for liaising with courier partners and internal teams - Proficiency in using Shopify and related order processing tools The work environment for this role is in an office/warehouse setting with active involvement in packing and dispatch.
