You will be responsible for sales activities including the identification of Sales & Construction Leads. This will involve sourcing data from various sources for the tele-calling team and bulk message activity. You will handle brand promotion and enquiry generation through ATL & BTL strategies within the defined budget set by management. Additionally, you will be involved in Pre Sales Closing activities which include conducting site visits to potential customers, closing leads for orders, and issuing quotations to customers in consultation with the Management & Legal Team. Moreover, you will manage Pre Sales Service tasks such as collecting installments from clients, conducting physical inspections of material orders & delivery, and overseeing the procurement of vendors along with the subsequent quotation process. Ltd., headquartered in Erode, Tamil Nadu, is a world leading eco-friendly wastewater treatment solution provider. We are expanding rapidly and looking to hire Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Marketing Managers across India.Both roles involve direct client interaction, understanding requirements, taking orders , and ensuring end-to-end coordination with the head office. Open Positions: Business Development Manager (BDM) Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities (Both Roles): Visit industries regularly to meet clients face-to-face , explain product benefits, and take orders. Understand client requirements in ETP/STP/CETP/CSTP and provide appropriate product/service solutions. Generate leads and inquiries from targeted industrial sectors (sugar, textile, pharma, food, etc.). Maintain strong follow-up to convert leads into confirmed orders . Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, dispatches, and after-sales support. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned by the management. Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain regular communication. Submit daily/weekly visit reports and updates to Head Office (Erode, Tamil Nadu). Languages Required: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of regional languages (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, etc.) is a plus for easier client interaction in respective zones. Candidate Profile: 3 to 10 years of experience in industrial product sales or marketing. Strong client communication , negotiation , and order closing skills . Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region or PAN India. Well-organized, target-driven, and able to work independently. Experience in wastewater treatment or similar industry is preferred. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Science / Agriculture / Business . Job Location: PAN India Candidates should be based in major industrial cities or ready to relocate. This is a field-based role , not work-from-home.
