Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order & Dispatch Coordination Executive to support our Modern Trade, E-commerce, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling order processing, coordination with vendors and depots, and ensuring timely and accurate communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

•Coordinate with vendors to schedule appointments and communicate them to the depot team.

•Process and manage Modern Trade orders in coordination with internal stakeholders.

•Share E-commerce order values with relevant groups for tracking and updates.

•Regularly update dispatch details in internal systems or communication groups.

•Follow up for POD (Proof of Delivery) of Modern Trade orders to ensure timely closure.

•Resolve queries related to the dispatch of Modern Trade orders in coordination with the logistics and sales teams.

•Obtain stock confirmations from depots to validate Modern Trade orders before processing.

•Share the pending PI (Proforma Invoice) list with relevant groups for follow-up and processing.

•Routinely check WhatsApp messages related to orders, dispatch, and stock updates for timely action.

Skills & Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

•1–2 years of experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or a similar role.

•Strong communication and coordination skills.

•Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp communication for business, and internal CRM tools.

•Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
