As a Demand Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and optimizing Demand Planning models to enhance forecast accuracy. Your role will involve analyzing demand trends, seasonality, and market factors to refine planning strategies. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that demand plans align with business objectives and address any discrepancies that arise, implementing corrective actions as necessary. In the Fulfilment Module, you will be tasked with implementing and overseeing Fulfilment solutions to streamline order allocation, replenishment, and logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include optimizing order promising, sourcing rules, and fulfilment policies to enhance operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems, as well as monitoring fulfilment performance and suggesting process improvements. Within the Inventory Optimizer Module, you will utilize Inventory Optimizer tools to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and prevent stockouts. Your duties will involve setting up safety stock policies, replenishment strategies, and multi-echelon inventory models to achieve inventory optimization objectives. Additionally, you will conduct scenario analysis to enhance inventory investments and collaborate with procurement and warehousing teams to align inventory strategies effectively.,
