Develop dashboards and reports to reveal key hiring trends, red flags, and candidate fit. Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Talent Acquisition) to design analytic features and decision-support models. Interpret and synthesize intelligence from resume parsing, contextual fitment, and stack ranking processes. Deliver transparent assessments and actionable insights for hiring managers and recruiters. Optimize data pipelines and analytics frameworks to support scalable, real-time evaluations throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Identify and flag risk or bias anomalies in candidate evaluation. Contribute to continuous learning loops that improve platform intelligence with each hiring decision. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields. 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role, ideally within HR tech, recruiting, or multi-agent AI platforms. Expertise with Python, SQL, and dashboarding tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar). Experience with resume or hiring workflow data a strong plus. Familiarity with anomaly detection, bias analysis, candidate scoring, and talent funnel metrics. Collaborative mindset with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions. Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills. Bonus Skills Exposure to AI/ML-driven HR technologies or platforms.
