Key Responsibilities: RPA Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio. Create reusable components and scalable solutions aligned with business needs. Automation Process Assessment & Optimization: Analyze existing processes to identify automation opportunities. Translate business requirements into efficient automation designs. End-to-End RPA Implementation: Lead full RPA lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and support. Ensure bots work seamlessly across integrated systems. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Monitor bots in production for performance issues. Troubleshoot and resolve workflow and orchestrator-related problems. Perform regular updates and maintenance activities. Governance & Best Practices: Adhere to coding standards and best practices in RPA development. Ensure compliance with organizational security and governance frameworks. Collaboration & Team Leadership: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and IT teams. Guide and mentor junior developers on UiPath practices and techniques. Reporting & Documentation: Document workflows, technical specs, and user manuals. Generate reports on bot performance, ROI, and areas for improvement.
