Orchestration Analyst

As an Orchestration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes and optimizing business performance in the Global Business Services (GBS) space. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining global reports - Performing data quality checks - Supporting ad-hoc analyses - Gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data from various sources - Providing valuable insights and support strategic initiatives - Improving and automating analytic processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy You should have a strong technical background in data visualization, SQL, and tools such as Alteryx. In this role, you will utilize Power BI and ThoughtSpot to develop interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards. You will also perform data mining and modeling tasks using SQL and Python to uncover hidden opportunities and provide insights into business performance. Additionally, you will communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences through intuitive visualizations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field - Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail - Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and ThoughtSpot - Proficiency in SQL - Experience with Alteryx or similar tools for analytic process improvement and automation - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment Tools: Power BI/ThoughtSpot, basic SQL, Alteryx In this role, you will have the opportunity to take on some of the world's most meaningful challenges and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth.
