We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and fostering strong client relationships. This role demands in-depth market knowledge, leadership acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional results in a competitive real estate environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives. Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with key clients and investors. Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and provide regular coaching and feedback. Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Collaborate with marketing to create impactful sales campaigns and promotions. Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate sales reporting and forecasting. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 6–8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in real estate. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate tech platforms.
