We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the vice business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our dealer network in Delhi NCR while maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers. With a strong sales background and deep understanding of trade practices, you will promote our innovative products based on their unique selling propositions (USPs), emphasising quality and value rather than offering credit or price reductions. This role offers a competitive fixed salary of ₹25,000 per month, plus attractive incentives based on sales performance and new dealer acquisitions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new dealers in Delhi NCR by prospecting potential partners, conducting market research, and presenting Orcan’s vice products effectively. Build and nurture relationships with existing dealers through regular visits, communication, and support to ensure ongoing business growth and satisfaction. Achieve sales targets by promoting products, highlighting their strong USPs, such as superior quality, durability, and innovative features, without relying on credit terms or price discounts. Educate dealers on our payment terms, which require advance payment before dispatch, and ensure compliance to maintain smooth operations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback in the vices industry to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, dealer feedback, and new acquisitions to the management team. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any dealer-related issues promptly and ensure timely product delivery. Moment in the field 90% of the working time. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in sales (3-4 years preferred), preferably in the vices, tools, or related manufacturing/trade sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong familiarity with trade practices, dealer networks, and market dynamics in Delhi NCR. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships and close deals effectively. Ability to sell based on product value and USPs, with a disciplined approach to avoiding credit-based or discounted sales. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic computer literacy for reporting. Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Compensation: Fixed Salary: ₹38,000 per month . (5 years of relevant experience in creating a dealer network) Incentives : ₹1,000 for each new dealer successfully onboarded. ₹1,000 for each of the next two transactions with a new dealer within the first three months (total ₹2,000 per dealer for these transactions). 1% commission on sales exceeding ₹4,00,000 per month.
