Job Description Summary As a member of Engineering Team, you will be responsible for technical excellence in Board design & development and owns complete product design cycle by conceptualization, detail design, simulations, design calculations and prototyping of the electronic boards as products for Steam Power. Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: Design & Build prototype of Electronic Boards meeting Hardware (Internal & Interface) & software requirements as per Steam Power product needs like controllers for ESP, Boiler, Turbine and Generators by actively involving in all phases of product development life cycle Lead R&D projects and team for developing AQCS and Boiler controllers Prepare requirement/concept specification, test plan, test reports and other documents Perform lab and field testing for evaluation of new concepts Handling EMI / EMC design issues, High-speed digital design layout issues, placement and routing topology Software programming using Embedded C/ C++ on Linux platforms Analysis of firmware and algorithm requirements Support to Engineering & Tender team as per requirement. Support to standardization/cost out efforts and Ensure continual product improvement Implement global standards and common processes to assure consistent quality is delivered.
