You will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle Retail Store Solutions (ORSS) including ORPOS, ORBO, ORCO, and ORSIM. Your role will involve excellent communication skills and a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementation experiences in ORSS. Additionally, you must have onsite/client facing experience and the ability to coordinate between onsite and offshore teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of Oracle Retail Store Solutions. - Utilize your expertise in ORPOS, ORBO, ORCO, and ORSIM. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills throughout the implementation process. - Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams effectively. - Ensure successful implementation of ORSS within the specified timeline. Qualifications Required: - 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. - Proven experience in at least 3 end-to-end implementations in ORSS. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to work onsite and interact with clients effectively. - Previous experience as an onsite/offshore coordinator would be preferred.,

Who you are Key Accountabilities : Responsible for the execution of detailed test plans, test cases and test scripts in the E2E Telecom domain in a Telco environment across Mobile, Fixed Line & BRM Execute test scripts and report the progress in specified tools or trackers Identify and raise defects using the agreed methodology and tools Inform the test lead, test manager and non- functional test lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process. Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans. Uses the agreed Test Tools and Environments to produce all test deliverables, results and defects. Work with the application team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process. Participate in the release control process (when the application is transferred from the build team to the test team) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Validate product fixes Ensures quality and accuracy of the test deliverables execution and results are maintained through to software release. Delivers support to the analysis, design and test phase for the new functionalities required Essential Skills : Good Communication skills Minimum 3 years in Telco Digital/ Online & Retail Applications (ORPOS, ORCO, ORBO, ORSIM, ORMS) , Oracle Stack Applications (Siebel, OSM, ASAP, FMW, BRM) across the full SDLC in Telco BSS/OSS environments across Mobile, Fixed Line & BRM In depth software quality assurance experience including defect management for the Application based on Digital Platforms (Web & App) , Retail Stack (ORPOS, ORCO, ORBO, ORSIM, ORMS) , Oracle Siebel (CRM, BRM, OSM) , Middleware Suite (FMW, TIL Understand Telecom architecture and different order types Good understanding of Product catalogue Ability to analyse Product Catalogue rules and Evaluate test conditions Experience with Test Tools (HP-Mercury Quality Centre / JIRA preferably) Good hands-on experience in Digital Channels, Retail Channel, Siebel CRM, OSM, FMW & BRM and aware of Telecom Order Provisioning for different order types Hands On experience on Unix, SQL Basic understanding of network provisioning Experience of Functional testing including System, Integration, Regression testing as well as data migration Strong QA and Testing industry knowledge Experience working with virtual teams situated across multiple geographies Excellent defect management & tracking skills, QC VOIS Equal Opportunity Employer Commitment India: VOIS is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
