Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process , sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong candidate assessment abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition . Key Responsibilities: ? End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment cycle , including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs. ? Candidate Sourcing Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals (including Naukri), LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking events. Proactively build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. ? Screening & Interviewing Review resumes and conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews (telephonic, virtual, and in-person). ? Job Description & Employer Branding Collaborate with hiring managers to create clear and compelling job descriptions. Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives. ? Offer Negotiation & Onboarding Extend offers, handle salary negotiations , and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. ? Reporting & Compliance Track and report hiring metrics to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws . Preferred Skills & Qualifications: ???? Education & Experience: Proven experience in recruitment (Technical or Non-Technical hiring preferred). Familiarity with HR tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and recruitment software . ???? Key Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills . Ability to source, assess, and engage top talent. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities . Knowledge of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
