The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, report development, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Power BI. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and other developers to design and deliver high-quality, data-driven insights that support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and manage advanced Power BI dashboards and reports. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Connect to various data sources (Oracle DB, Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, SQL Server, etc.) and model data using Power Query and DAX. Optimize report performance and usability. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to understand reporting needs. Implement and follow Power BI governance and best practices. Conduct unit testing and participate in QA cycles. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and tools. Required Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI. Strong experience with DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling concepts. Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases. Experience integrating Power BI with various data sources (Oracle DB, Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, SQL Server, etc.) Familiarity with Power BI Service (publishing reports, workspace management, data refresh schedules). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake) is a plus. Knowledge of other BI tools like Tableau is a bonus. Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus.
