As a Sales Executive, you will be a key point of contact for parents and learners globally. You will guide families in selecting the right programs, drive enrollments, and ensure a seamless, positive experience for all prospective learners. Key Responsibilities: Connect with leads via inbound/outbound calls and offer expert program consultations. Schedule at least 6 demo class bookings daily, aligned with lead preferences. Guide and nurture leads throughout the enrollment process, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up. Achieve weekly revenue and enrollment targets. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Share market insights and trends to refine sales and outreach strategies. Build strong, long-term relationships with families, representing Oratrics with professionalism and excellence. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and program effectiveness. Requirements : 1- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (EdTech experience preferred). Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Excellent English communication and persuasion skills; neutral and clear accent preferred. Results-driven, proactive mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with basic CRM proficiency. Immediate joiners preferred.
