Festival Buzz & Promotions: ○ Spread the word through social media and other channels. ○ Assist in designing engaging offline campaigns. ○ Interact with potential attendees and inspire participation. 2. Creative Ambience & Set-Up: ○ Add charm to the visual appeal of the festival venues. ○ Support in creating lively, welcoming event spaces. 3. Smooth Flow of Sessions: ○ Coordinate sessions with crowd and speaker management. ○ Ensure seamless transitions between events. ○ Facilitate audience questions and interactions. 4. Capturing the Moments: ○ Photograph and film memorable highlights. ○ Craft visual stories for promotional content. ○ Edit and curate a digital archive of the festival. 5. Workshops & Competition Support: ○ Assist in planning and executing engaging activities. ○ Manage participant registrations and logistics. ○ Ensure each activity runs smoothly and on time. 6. Festival Operations & Guest Care: ○ Support logistics such as ticketing and registration. ○ Keep attendees informed and comfortable. ○ Handle on-site coordination with a professional touch. 7.
