Role Overview: At Advarra, you will be part of a team passionate about making a difference in the world of clinical research and advancing human health. Your role will involve mastering complex software applications, integrations, and reports within the clinical research industry, working closely with customers to implement technological solutions, and providing guidance on best practices for integrating Advarra technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Master complex software applications, integrations, and reports within the clinical research industry - Work with new customers to understand their current business processes and assist with the implementation of technological solutions - Map current state workflows into new application workflows using process flow charting - Develop and utilize use cases to analyze, define, and document business requirements and application scenarios - Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on customer enhancement requests - Coordinate with internal teams to develop Statements of Work (SOWs) for new and implementing customers - Assist in completing technical RFP questions for prospective customers - Build strong relationships with customer project teams to ensure successful implementation - Provide guidance to customers on best practices for integrating Advarra technology solutions - Work closely with the implementation project manager to ensure on-time delivery of milestones - Perform other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience - 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology - Proven experience independently navigating, configuring, and troubleshooting software settings across platforms - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent client communication skills - Effective oral presentation skills - Technically savvy in exploring and adapting to new technologies - Familiarity with EDC, EMR/EHR, and other clinical trial information systems - Experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMSs) and general clinical research processes - Subject Matter Expertise in eClinical solutions including eRegulatory, eSource, and eConsent - Experience with integrating a CTMS to other common systems (e.g. EMR, EDC, EMPI) - Experience with operational and regulatory reporting in support of clinical research - Experience with clinical research financial operations Additional Company Details: At Advarra, employees are valued as the driving force behind the mission and vision of the company.
