We are currently looking for a Senior Principal Consultant, Analyst Programmer, Aftermarket Parts to join our team. As an Analyst Programmer, you will play a crucial role in understanding business needs and determining the most effective ways to address them. Your responsibilities will involve system and data-related tasks, along with business processes. This includes supporting project work, day-to-day operational requirements, data analysis, and working within a SAFE AGILE environment. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with key business stakeholders on requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and documentation. - Translate business concepts into functional designs and ensure their execution aligns with the overall architecture. - Act as a stand-alone AGILE development partner, performing analysis, development, and testing functions. - Plan software deployment activities and contribute to the change management process. - Assist in estimating new developments and enhancement requests. - Monitor performance, address issues promptly, and maintain high internal customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and governance processes. - Plan, prepare, and execute testing activities for system, product, acceptance, and operational readiness. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Practical experience in analysis and code development. - Proficiency in full testing of quality management software. - Knowledge of iSeries AS400 ILE, ERP, CRM, WMS, and EDI methods. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to influence diverse groups and teams in a rapidly changing environment. - Experience working under tight deadlines and managing workload effectively. - Business expertise in Logistics or Supply Chain. **Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:** - Knowledge of Manhattan WMoS.Net, Java, Oracle/Linux, Jasper, and BIZTALK. - Familiarity with IT change management and problem management procedures. - Understanding of various business processes from an IT perspective. - Awareness of global IT systems and their impact on business. - Experience in Agricultural business is a plus.
