You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience working with Fenergo and onboarding platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include configuring and customizing the Fenergo platform to facilitate client onboarding and meet regulatory requirements. Utilize your technical expertise to configure rules, data mappings, workflows, and UI components within the Fenergo system while ensuring all configurations adhere to best practices and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications. Develop and execute test plans to ensure that Fenergo configurations meet business requirements, including performing unit testing and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT). Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configuration changes, processes, and user guides. You will also be responsible for providing training and support to end-users and other stakeholders on Fenergo functionality and best practices. Collaborate with IT, compliance, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Fenergo systems. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Fenergo-related issues.
