Your responsibilities will include incident, problem, and change management based on ITIL practices, facilitating Oracle upgrades, testing issues in lower environments, and working directly with the F&P key user community. You will ensure efficiency in daily standups/retrospectives, prioritize workloads, and develop solutions based on business requirements. Analyzing and resolving production issues, maintaining configuration workbooks, documenting activities, supporting/guiding junior resources, and monitoring regular production activities will be key aspects of your role. Collaboration with F&P Tech Lead, F&P Service Manager, Functional Solutions Manager, and business users is essential. Your role in applications support and maintenance will involve implementing solutions to address business priorities, working with 3rd party vendors, and participating in Oracle Quarterly Update processes. Additionally, you will be accountable for partnership with other teams, Oracle SOP and KBA development, and solution deployments in production. The ideal candidate should have experience in Oracle Cloud Finance/Procurement modules, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and the willingness to work in shifts. You should be able to work independently, guide junior resources, understand end-to-end business processes, review proposed solution designs, and engage effectively with end-users. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Finance and Procurement modules, is required.
