Job Summary

Oracle SOA Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy integration components using Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, Mediator, OSB, BAM, etc.).
Analyze business and technical requirements to determine system design and implementation.
Develop and maintain services using XML, XSLT, XSD, WSDL, and SOAP/REST web services.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing SOA services and integrations.
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.
Create technical documentation including solution design, architecture, and implementation guides.
Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and meet performance requirements.
Collaborate with QA, infrastructure, and business teams for end-to-end project delivery.
Monitor and maintain deployed services, ensuring uptime and stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
X+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SOA Suite (12c preferred).
Strong knowledge of BPEL, Mediator, OSB, and other SOA components.
Experience with XML technologies (XSLT, XSD, XPath).
Proficient in building SOAP and REST-based web services.
Familiarity with Oracle WebLogic Server and JDeveloper.
Good understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
Experience with error handling, fault policies, and debugging tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
