Oracle Retail Merchandising - Associate

As a skilled Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications using Oracle Retail RO and COE to ensure smooth business operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Oracle Retail COE projects. - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Retail systems to minimize downtime. - Implementing new features and enhancements in Oracle Retail applications to improve user experience. - Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Optimizing application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies. - Participating in system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Documenting technical specifications and user guides for developed applications. - Assisting in the migration and upgrade of Oracle Retail systems to newer versions. - Providing training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of new features. - Working closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget. - Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle Retail technologies. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Qualifications: - Possess strong technical skills in Oracle Retail RO and Oracle Retail COE. - Demonstrate experience in Billing & Revenue Management is a plus. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Show proficiency in coding languages and frameworks relevant to Oracle Retail. - Display strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. - Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
