Job Description

You are a skilled Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience, specializing in Oracle Retail - RO and Oracle Retail - COE. Your expertise in Billing & Revenue Management is a valuable asset. In this role based in our office with day shifts, you will not be required to travel. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around developing and maintaining applications using Oracle Retail RO to ensure seamless business operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather and analyze requirements for Oracle Retail COE projects. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Retail systems will be essential to minimize downtime. Additionally, your role will involve implementing new features and enhancements in Oracle Retail applications to enhance user experience. Conducting code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards, and optimizing application performance by addressing bottlenecks are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Participation in system testing and quality assurance activities, documentation of technical specifications and user guides, as well as assistance in migration and upgrade of Oracle Retail systems are key tasks. Providing training and support to end-users, working closely with project managers for timely project delivery, staying updated with Oracle Retail technologies, and contributing to the improvement of development processes are also part of your role. To excel in this position, you must possess strong technical skills in Oracle Retail RO and Oracle Retail COE. Experience in Billing & Revenue Management is advantageous. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proficiency in coding languages and frameworks relevant to Oracle Retail, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, attention to detail, commitment to quality, the ability to work independently, and effective multitasking capabilities are essential qualities. Certifications required for this role include the Oracle Retail Certified Implementation Specialist and Oracle Certified Professional.,
