As an experienced Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS applications. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, you will analyze requirements, streamline processes, and design solutions that maximize the efficiency of Oracle EBS modules. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around various aspects of Oracle EBS, including implementation, customization, support, troubleshooting, business process mapping, testing, documentation, training, upgrades, integration, data migration, compliance, security, and collaboration. In the realm of implementation and configuration, you will lead and support Oracle EBS implementations, system design, configuration, and integration across modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR), Supply Chain (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management), and more. Customization of Oracle EBS to align with specific business needs, support and troubleshooting for users, mapping business processes to Oracle EBS functionality, and ensuring seamless operations will also be key focus areas. You will be responsible for developing test scripts, conducting functional testing, and leading user acceptance testing to guarantee that the system meets business requirements. Additionally, documenting system configurations, processes, procedures, providing end-user training, and preparing user manuals for Oracle EBS applications will be crucial tasks. Participation in the planning, execution, and validation of Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and version migrations, as well as supporting data migration and integration with third-party applications, will be integral aspects of your role. Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, industry best practices, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams will also be essential for project success. For this role, you are required to have a minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years working directly with Oracle EBS applications. Hands-on experience with key Oracle EBS modules, familiarity with Oracle EBS R12 or cloud versions, and relevant technical or functional expertise are also expected. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as Oracle EBS certification. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, attention to detail, and effective management of multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential soft skills for this role. Desired skills include familiarity with project management methodologies, integration knowledge, upgrade and migration experience, and cloud application knowledge.
